Get a free complimentary haircut with the purchase of any of the following specially marked  products:

Remember that they have to be specially marked Herbal Essences products mentioning the complimentary haircut.

Once you’ve purchased your Herbal Essences products go to the Herbal Essences online redemption page and submit your UPCs, the unique 12 digit number on your Herbal Essences products.

You should then print your redemption form. Mail your completed redemption form listing the valid UPC code(s) along with original receipt(s) of the Herbal Essences participating qualifying products to:

Where do I find my UPC code (for Colour products only)?
The UPC code can be found on the bottom of the hair colour box.

Where do I find my UPC codes (for Shampoo/Conditioner products only)?
The UPC codes can be found on the back of the bottle, in the lower right corner. Click here to view where the UPC code is found.

I received a rejection card in the mail, but I believe I should have qualified for this offer, what do I do?
If you received a rejection card in the mail, but believe you received it in error, please put this in writing and submit it to the address located at the bottom of the rejection card.

My Redemption form will not print the Unique Pin Code located at the lower right hand corner of the form.
Please note that TLC is accepting Redemption Forms without Unique Pin Codes, however, there is a limit of 2 rewards allowed per person or per household.

Where can I redeem my voucher?
Once your redemption form, original receipts, and original Proof of Purchase UPC codes (if applicable) have been received and processed by TLC, you will be mailed a voucher which will include a website that will have a list of salons. Salon locations will not be provided prior to you receiving your voucher in the mail.

How long will it take for my Redemption Form to be processed, and for me to receive my Reward Voucher?
Upon TLC’s receipt, please allow 1 week for verification. You should receive your voucher within 4-6 weeks after verification.

What if there is not a participating salon within 35 kms of my residence?
If there is not a participating salon within 35kms of your residence, then please contact TLC’s Concierge service at the phone number listed on your voucher and alternative arrangements will be made with you.

How long do I have to use my Reward Voucher?
All Reward Vouchers expire 5/31/10.

When do I have to mail in my Redemption Form by?
All Redemption Forms must be postmarked by 5/31/2009.

Can I give my Reward Voucher to a friend?
Yes, the Reward Vouchers are transferable and are allowed to be given freely to friends and family. However, they are not able to be sold for cash or other monetary items. The Reward Vouchers hold no monetary value.

Are there any restrictions to this offer?
Only two (2) reward vouchers per person/household. Only one voucher may be used per person per appointment. Appointments must be scheduled separately/individually. Individual salons reserve the right to limit redemption to one voucher/person/day. The reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. Gratuity is not included in the Voucher and is at the discretion of the voucher holder.

Which collections are participating?
For the shampoo/conditioner 300mL offer the 4 participating collections include: Hello Hydration, Body Envy, Color Me Happy and Long Term Relationship. Need to include 1.18L Participation.
For the Colour offer the participating colour shades include: #44 - Deep Red, #66 - Dark Brown, #62 - Medium Brown, #56 - Light Brown, #67 - Dark Burgundy Brown, and XL2 - Extra Light Blonde.
